If you’re unhappy with what you’ve received, for whatever reason, let us know. We will either replace or refund the item for you. We only ask that you pay to return the item. To begin a return, please use the form below.

Conditions for Return

For us to begin processing the return, the item must be:

  • Submitted for return within 14 days of purchase
  • Returned within 14 days of submission
  • Unworn, clean and in a re-sellable state

Once we receive the item from you and confirmed the above conditions, we will begin the exchange. Once the exchange starts:

  • Replacements: Will be sent back out within a week, depending on stock (we will confirm stock availability when we receive your return request).
  • Refunds*: Once we have both the item and your bank details, refunds will generally appear in your account within 2 working days.

*Refunds will include the standard cost of delivery.

How to Return

If you’re in the UK, we recommend returning the item via Royal Mail. Generally the cost of return will be less than £2, however we recommend using Signed For, to ensure we receive it.

For International Returns the cost is likely to be more, and will be determined by your preferred courier in your own country.
