Liability

The Black Winnebago Club tries to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is correct and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. The Black Winnebago Club does not accept liability for any errors and omissions either in any quotation or website material and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Online Store Purchases

Placing an Order

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact us. If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so before the item has been dispatched (you will receive an email when your order is dispatched).

Payments

All payments on this site are processed through our secure Sage Pay gateway. All of our transactions are encrypted to the highest global standards. Our payment systems are monitored and audited regularly by a world leading Qualified Security Assessors (QSA), so you can be confident our services are completely secure.

Transactions processed using Sage Pay go through powerful fraud prevention tools to check if your card details have previously been compromised somewhere else online or to prevent the illegal use of a card by an unauthorised person.

Item Returns

If you’re unhappy with what you’ve received, for whatever reason, when submitted via our returns form. We will either replace or refund the item. Refunds will including the cost of standard shipping.

We only accept returns for goods if we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the item, and the item is returned within 14 days of your return submission. The item should be returned in an unworn, clean and in a re-sellable state.

We ask that you pay the postage for returning the item. Replacements will be sent out free of charge.

On receipt of item, replacements will be sent back out within a week, depending on stock. Refunds will be given once we have both the item and confirmed your bank details. This will generally appear in your account within 2 working days.
